The Seasiders were top of the table back in September but have since dropped to a lowly 14th, Barry ferguson has been made caretaker manager for the time being.

The 46-year-old won manager of the month in August before the wheels began to fall off at an alarming speed both on and off the field.

Three players were sent off in the loss at Yeovil and two more were given their marching orders in a 5-1 thrashing to Derby four days later.
Ince, 46, was appointed Blackpool manager in February 2013, a month after Michael Appleton left to join Blackburn, but only won 12 of his 42 games in charge of the Seasiders.
He was handed a five-match stadium ban by the FA in October after he was found guilty of using violent conduct towards a match official. Blackpool were also criticised for their disciplinary record when they had five players sent off in the space of two games at the start of December.

His son Thomas Ince also looks set to follow his dad out of the club.

England Under-21 midfielder Tom  has had talks with the French club in London on Thursday, ahead of signing a lucrative pre-contract ahead of a summer move - a deal, according to the Mirror .

Tom has played 24 times for Blackpool this season scoring 7 times.

Would it be a good deal for Blackpool? I'm caught in two minds personally. I want to see English talent come through the ranks and into the Premier League, but at the same time hardly any Englishman venture out into the European game.

Would the England national team benefit with more players plying their trade abroad?

Monaco currently lay in second place behind the other moneybags French club PSG. Ince could end up playing in the Champions League next season. Is he good enough?

What do you think? drop me a message.
